Family counselling can help you:
- Gain confidence in your parenting
- Learn to deal constructively with children’s problematic behaviour
- Acquire insight into your family’s patterns of functioning
- Establish a more harmonious atmosphere in your home and in extended family relationships
- Promote respectful communication

- Find balance in meeting your needs and those of your children or elderly parents
Family counselling sessions may be conducted with just one family member present, with both parents, with parent and child, or with members of the extended family. Please note that I do not work with children or youth under age 18.
