Counselling Fees and Schedule

Session fees are $185 per standard 50-minute session and $277 per extended 75-minute session. Fees are commensurate with BCACC guidelines and are the same regardless of the number of clients attending (individuals, couples, or families).  Payments are made by e-transfer before or at the beginning of online or in-person sessions; cash or cheques are also accepted for in-person sessions.  Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Counselling services are available only to clients who are residents of British Columbia.

I offer both short- and long-term online or in-person counselling services depending on your needs, on the following days:

ONLINE SERVICES: Daytime sessions available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays.  Evening sessions until 9 pm available on alternate Tuesdays.

IN-PERSON SERVICES: Daytime sessions available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays.  Evening sessions until 9 pm available every Wednesday, and until 7 pm on alternate Tuesdays.

Counselling services related to ICBC claims may be paid by ICBC; also, many extended health plans reimburse all or a portion of fees for services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors.  Please check with your health benefits provider to confirm whether counselling services are covered.  Official receipts will be provided upon payment.  Counselling fees may be considered a tax-deductible medical expense; please consult with your accountant.

Office Location

I offer in-person services in Steveston village, at #200-3651 Moncton Street, Richmond, BC.  Access to the office is on Moncton St., beside Ora Sushi: go down the hall and upstairs to the Second Floor.  A stairlift is available for those who have difficulty managing stairs.  Free 3-hour parking is available on streets and in parking lots throughout Steveston.  Online services are also available.
